Trade Mark Representative Service- Three Marks
At present this service is exclusively for Wheeler Wood clients. Once you have obtained your trade mark we will provide ongoing representation. We will manage all correspondence and alerts from the Intellectual Property Office in connection with your mark and provide preliminary advice on the options as to how to respond. The deadlines are strict and if you miss the deadlines without objection to new applications, that trade mark may be granted and it can be quite costly to overturn them.
This is a monthly recurring service priced at £125 per month including VAT (£104.17 net). You will be charged on or around the same day each month.
